Grayson 2 Seat Recliner S04148 Patio Swing Products

As a follow-up to my review last month it is worth noting that when I commented that we could not put the side fabric panels on the center console because the grommets were too thick, Swing Cushions USA immediately contacted me and said they were re-doing those panels. Within two weeks we had the panels, they fit perfectly and the swing now is complete. What a world it would be if every company were this focused on customer satisfaction!

Great job and an almost perfect fit. My only suggestion is to use a larger diameter grommet that my adjustment knob will fit thru.

We purchased this reclining swing over 20 years ago and it immediately became a favorite because it is so comfortable. It is the BEST place for taking a nap! After so many years the cushions were wearing out but we could no longer find a reclining swing to replace it. We couldn't part with it, even if it looked pretty ragged, so imagine my excitement when I tripped across a picture of it on this website. The new cushions are high quality fabric and the workmanship is top-notch. Putting the new cushions and leg rests on required some time and patience but it was well worth the work. The only criticism I have is that I could not put the side panels on the center console because the grommets in the panels are much too thick to fit between the frame and the rods that hold them in place. Disappointing, but the panels are for appearance only, so not a major issue. We love the results and are so happy that we were able to salvage our wonderfully comfortable swing! The staff we worked with via email were friendly, helpful and efficient, and very much wanted to make sure that our new cushions were going to fit this old frame. Thank you for a great product and quick turnaround time!
