I started trying to search for new cushions for my swing over a year ago. I came across Swing Cushions USA and by me just sending them a picture of my swing in it's current condition, they were able to match it right away and give me the options available. I am in Canada so it was quite pricey but worth it. I wish the cushions would have been included, as I had quite the time sourcing them out, I did however find a place in Calgary that was able to ship them as our Home Depot does not carry foam. Overall I am happy, and I am thinking this will last longer than the metal welds now! 😂
My new swing covers for an old revitalized Costco patio swing are great. They arrived in a reasonable amount of time and are extrememly well-made and well-designed. They were expensive, but for the money I recieved a quality product. I purchased foam to make the cushions from Home Dpot spending a total of 60 dollars. It was a simple process to cut the foam-I used a serrated knife and a long bread knife-both worked well. When I first noticed Swing Cushions would make covers for my swing I gave them a call. The woman who answered the phone was extremely helpful and friendly. It was a pleasure doing business with this company!
The replacement patio swing casing and sling were expensive. I like the look. when I got them, one of the zippers had pulled apart in the center. It was easily rezipped but it makes me worry about it happening again. the zippers do not seem heavy enough to me. The ties that attach the back and seat to the frame are very flimsy. Seems that that may pull out of the seams. Time will tell. I expected heavier duty zippers and ties for the $590 cost. I was glad there was an option out there to replace my existing original seating. it was worn out and the frame is still in very good shape. Overall happy to have it back in use again.
Thanks for your review! No need to worry about the zippers. Our high quality zippers will last. Zippers are partially separated at time of assembly in your cushions. Sounds like it just didn't get completely zipped after it was sewn into your cushion. The zipper size we use is appropriate for the size of the cushions. The UV resistant ties are 5/8' and designed to tie and untie easily. They will not pull out of your cushions. I am very satisfied. Had a deadline, which was met. Good communication during the process. Lastly, I received a quality product that should last for years.
The seat cover is great, just wish it was a few inches wider
